Our photos have been used in Books, Technical Publications, Brochures, and in various presentations. The photos on this site are the private property of the owner. Downloading, copying, or printing any of the photos without permission is illegal. A lot of work and effort has gone in to getting these shots. In addition, it costs quite a bit to keep this site on-line, up and running. Web service providers, research materials, camera equipment, and travel expenses are just a few. The images shown on this site are thumbnails and higher resolution. The higher resolution files are typically 500 to 1000 pixels in the longest dimension. The original photos, typically in the 1.5 to 2.5 mb range in size, are cropped and resized for use on the internet. Our best photos are not shown on the site.
